Terminal and getting there

Check-in and passport control
Batam Fast closes check-in 30 minutes before the timetabled departure. Sindo's baggage counter also closes 30 minutes before departure, but Sindo asks for baggage to be checked in 45 minutes ahead, so plan for the earlier time. Security and Singapore's departure immigration come before boarding.
Luggage
20 kg of checked baggage per boarding pass is included, with no single piece over 30 kg, plus one piece of hand luggage of up to 10 kg and 55 x 40 x 20 cm. Excess and bulky items are charged. Batam Fast carries no animals.
