Terminal and getting there

Batam Fast closes check-in 30 minutes before the timetabled departure. Security and Singapore's departure immigration come before boarding, so arrive well ahead of the single morning sailing.
Luggage
Batam Fast includes 20 kg of checked baggage, with up to three pieces and 40 kg in total per passenger, plus one piece of hand luggage of up to 10 kg and 55 x 40 x 20 cm. Bulky and excess baggage is charged. Batam Fast carries no animals, not even assistance dogs.
Arrival in Tanjung Pengelih
