Majestic sails HarbourFront - Batam Centre around fourteen times a day, from the morning to the late evening, and HarbourFront - Sekupang around five times a day.
Routes from Tanah Merah
From Tanah Merah, Majestic has the most sailings to Batam Centre and sails twice a day to Tanjung Pinang, Bintan's main town.
Check-in and boarding
Majestic closes counter check-in 30 minutes before departure. By then you need to be at the pre-immigration gate; if you are not, the ticket is forfeited. Online check-in closes one hour before departure and gives you the boarding pass straight away. Baggage drop is possible until 20 minutes before departure. If you booked by phone or email, be at the terminal 60 minutes ahead.
Luggage
At the Singapore terminals the common rule applies: one piece of hand luggage of up to 10 kg and 55 x 40 x 20 cm, and 20 kg of checked baggage per boarding pass, with no single piece over 30 kg. Excess and bulky items are charged.

On Batam and Bintan you clear Indonesian immigration; check whether your nationality needs Indonesia's e-VOA and fill in the digital arrival card. Batam and Bintan are one hour behind Singapore. On return, Singapore asks for the SG Arrival Card.
