Terminal and getting there
Horizon leaves from the HarbourFront Passenger Terminal, 5 HarbourFront Avenue, above HarbourFront MRT station (North East and Circle Line, Exit B). Check-in
According to Horizon, baggage check-in at HarbourFront closes 20 minutes before departure. Passport control and the security check come on top, so arrive well ahead. With Horizon's open-ticket feature you get your boarding pass after logging in.
Luggage
20 kg of checked baggage per boarding pass is included, plus one piece of hand luggage of up to 10 kg. Bicycles and bulky items are charged on top of the free allowance.
Arrival in Harbour Bay
At Harbour Bay you clear Indonesian immigration. Check before you travel whether your nationality needs Indonesia's e-VOA, and fill in the digital arrival card. For the way back, Horizon closes check-in at Harbour Bay 30 minutes before departure; the sailings from Harbour Bay to HarbourFront are in the departures on this page. Singapore asks for the SG Arrival Card on return. Batam is one hour behind Singapore, so the sailings back are in local time.
